What we do not use or do. 

We do not use timber in our homes as structural members. We do not use aluminium as our joinery, We do not use paper and chalk for our interior linings. We do not use particle board for flooring.  We do not use nails.  We do not use polystyrene or any other toxic inflammable material and products.  

What we do use.

We use steel framing for structure. Steel pinned piles for foundations. We use concrete only when necessary, for garage floors and paved surfaces .  We use only high quality double or triple  glazed UPVC  window joinery. We use MGO (magnesian sulphured board) for all interior lining and exterior cladding.  Which is fire proof water proof strong has better R rating and acoustic properties. We only use high quality Rock Wool insulation.   We use ceramic coated screws for all our attachments.  We use sustainable Bamboo for all our decking flooring and cladding.
